{25 Weeks!}

This week was the first week that someone else felt the baby. For a few weeks Victor has been putting his hand on my tummy and "saying" that he has felt the baby. This week he was feeling and everytime the baby moved Victor responded and was more excited then before. I asked him if he had really felt the baby before then or if he'd just been saying yes, my suspicions were correct: he'd been humoring me! I used to really only feel him when I was in bed but recently he's been moving a lot and during the day while I am in different positions, sitting up, laying down, on my side, moving. While in Water Aerobics he started kicking on my bladder so I was trying to hold my fluids inside while working out and so I stopped during one particular activity and the instructor called me on it. I said I was pregnant and the position felt funny and she said that the other pregnant ladies had always said this one was the easiest. I really wanted to look at her and ask which she preferred, me peeing in the pool or resting for a second while the baby calmed down?!

Cravings: It seems like last week I ate Teriyaki Chicken at least 3 or 4 times. So far this week I haven't felt like it so, that must have been a craving for a week :)!? Baskin and Robbin's Daquri Ice Ice Cream was so good that the next night I went back and purchased a quart of it! The quart lasted the whole week but I just finished it, and MUST go back for more!

Aversions: Weird but I can eat chicken breast meat but when it came to an instant chicken patty---well that did NOT sit well at all!

T.M.C: Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. His weight — a pound and a half — doesn't sound like much, but he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for some baby fat. As he does, his wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and he'll start to look more and more like a newborn. His hair is probably recognizable now (in color and texture), although both may change after he's born.
