{9 Weeks---Again!}

Well, here I am again, still 9 weeks! Okay not really the first time I posted that I was nine weeks I really wasn't but anyways!!! I am adjusting to bedrest, can't say that I am doing it well but I am doing it! It is a AMAZING how many people found it weird that I posted I was pregnant on my blog as a way for telling people. All I can say is everyone is different and it gave me an idea of how many people really read my blog! This week has really been easy pregnancy-wise other then the few complications I had over the weekend but not too much sickness or other symptoms. :)

Cravings: After having popcorn last Wednesday I had that for a few nights but other than that not much cravings going on...

Aversions: Orange Juice, Peaches, Dole Fruit Cups, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches ---- I tried all of the following and within minutes I was visiting the bathroom.

Symptoms: I am doing better at keeping myself from getting so sick, it requires eating but I am adjusting to eating more regularly!

Baby Colin: Your baby is nearly an inch long - barely the size of a grape — and weighs just a fraction of an ounce, but he's poised for rapid weight gain now that his basic physical structure is in place. He's also starting to look more and more human. His embryonic tail is now completely gone, and his development of his body parts — including organs, muscles, and nerves — is kicking into gear.

His eyelids completely cover his eyes now and are fused shut. They won't open until 27 weeks. He has earlobes, and by week's end, the inner workings of his ears will be complete. His upper lip is fully formed, too, and his mouth, nose, and nostrils are more distinct. The tips of his fingers are slightly enlarged where his touch pads are developing. Your baby is now able to move all his limbs. As for his heart, it's divided into four chambers now, and the valves have started to develop. Your baby's external sex organs are present now but won't be distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks.
